It is a very nice apartment below a beautiful home with garden in a nice neighborhood. It was clean and seemed new.

You could hear footsteps, people talking, and even the cat meowing from the upstairs where the owners live. Also there was no way to control the temperature other than trying to close air vents and using individual heaters or coolers as needed
