The pool and theme park

The management NEVER responded to any Bookings messages. Communication is only via Whatsapp. They will only contact you on the day of the check in stating that the passcode to the locked box containing the key and key card will only be revealed upon you banking in the RM300 refundable deposit. This deposit would be refunded within 24 hours. The direction to the locked box was given vide an outdated video that was very fast that we had to rewatch a few times before recognising the location. When we asked for the landmark, management kept asking and reminding us to watch the video. Mind you, the shops have all changed (names and signboards). Even when we have banked in the money about one hour earlier than the check-in time, management ignored our request for the check in instructions. It was only give slightly later than 3 PM. Some things to consider before you book the apartment 1. No hooks in both toilet to hang the towel 2. Battery for the remotes for aircond and tv were out of order. The maintenance guy had to come and switch on the TV for us. The TV only has YouTube. 3. There were ants crawling on the wall next to the bed in the master bedroom. Maintenance guy was quick to remove these ants. 4. There was no fan/ aircond at the dining area. 5. There seems to be no hot water even though the switch was on. We didn’t bother to report this to the maintenance guy as he was only available until 5PM. 6. We were promised that the check out procedure would be given at night or when we were about to check out as we were required to submit our details via google form for the deposit to be refunded. This deposit was supposed to be returned within 24 hours upon check out. They did not respond to any our messages on the day of the check out. We took pictures and video of the apartment and the locked box/key/key card and messaged them 2 hours before the the official check out time of 11AM.

Big house

1. The access card was quite difficult to use when opening the main gate. 2. Some basic amenities were missing — for instance, there was no mirror in the bedroom or living area, only in the bathroom. 3. The floor seemed like it hadn’t been properly mopped, affecting overall cleanliness. 4. No complimentary bottled water was provided during the stay. 5. Washing machine detergent was also not included. 6. Water slide only for kid. Water slide not so smooth. The kid feel not so fun

床和空间很舒服 不挤

我和朋友就是要一人一间厕所，我们完全不想share一间厕所，所以才选择这件房间：因为它有两个厕所！可是其中一个厕所竟然完全没有电。灯和热水器是开不到的。我真的无语。员工回复很慢，甚至是不回复！当我向员工反馈厕所没有灯的事件时，员工完全不理，直到我check out才发我check out的information，完全忽视我告诉他们的“厕所灯坏”，还有我有询问员工可不可以提早check in时间因为我会提早到，一直不回复。从我问这句到我check in的日期足足有差不多一个星期，才告诉我。搞得我一直改plan🙄
