El piso es súper espacioso y tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una semana de vacaciones. Además la ubicación era inmejorable, justo en frente de la playa y a unos 10 min andando del centro de la ciudad.

Era más viejo que lo que aparecía en las fotos y le faltaba algo de limpieza. Además los vecinos no están de acuerdo con que se se utilice como alquiler vacacional y nos increparon un par de veces al salir del piso.

La ubicación.

Las vistas son preciosas pero lamentablemente han cerrado la terraza con acristalamiento y no hay toldo, por lo que no es posible disfrutarla durante la tarde (que es cuando da el sol) por el efecto invernadero que se crea. Es una pena, porque se arruina uno de los principales atractivos del apartamento.

"Lovely beach holiday, but not in the heat of summer."

Great location a short walk from the beach. Lovely views from the balcony.

Needing to go into the center of Cádiz to pick up a key and then having to go again to pick up a second key. The air conditioners appear brand new, are mobile and a door needs to be left open in order for the hot air to exit. Even with the blinds down to keep the exhaust in place more hot air comes in than the aircon can make and then view is then negated. Christian was helpful and friendly in the office and responded to messages, but dismissive of our concern. I would not stay here again in hot weather.
