"It would have been better to complete all makntance work before renting to others."

There were several maintenance issues that had only been temporarily addressed and were not suitable for a safe stay. For example, plugs and internet/kitchen sockets had been secured with tape, making them unsafe to use. The washing machine contained abandoned clothes and was therefore unavailable for use. In addition, most of the door locks were loose and wobbly and require replacement with proper, secure fittings.

Close to our venue.

Shabby accomodation, dirty marks everywhere, food left in fridge and cupboards, decor bad, broken full window in front garden

Nice and clean house with all the facilities needed for a short stay, good kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms plus another toilet for the 8 of us. Near t many groceries and petrol kiosk

It's a bit far in at Lake Districts, takes 40mins to get to Keswick, but if you intend to visit this area then it is a good choice
