The location and the place.

The bedsheets had female hair. I assume they provided unwashed sheets. No room service. The manager provided toiletries to us, and not kept or sent to the room. The AC unit was broken, and the furniture inside looked sober. The manager was also asking me to provide a Google review in front of him, which I denied.

Issue with backup generator, no clean towels,the shower did not work in the room and the water flow had issues in my bathroom

Good location Coordinated with Mr. Sriram before checking in & he was prompt & courteous.

Exhaust fan was not working - complained to front desk, but no one corrected it till checking out. Bed mattress was provided with plastic sheet & covered with a bed spread. When asked to remove the plastic sheet, there was no commitment. Facility can be better maintained as the washroom door was cracked.

Towels to be changed. Very old. All ac to b serviced or changed. Many are very old. Inet is very bad. Connectivity issues

Location some rooms r clean. Bed and bath.

They don't allow early check-in even when rooms are not full. This is not customer satisfaction.
