I don't like Hotel

we didnt like anything.

everything. the rooms were dirty, bathroom flush didnt work and wasnt cleaned peoperly. the bed sheets and blankets were dirty.

This hotel only accepts Indian nationals and will not accept any other form of ID. I booked in and travelled there and arrived at 1am, i was tired and just wanted to relax and go to sleep. But to my shock, my French passport is not good enough for them and it is not a valid form of ID according to them. A passport if a world wide recognised document but not for this hotel. The name on the booking is not real either, when you turn up, there is a different name. The staff are rude and the hotel looks like a converted bungalow. I was left on the footpath at 1am with not much choice. I really struggled to find another hotel, luck was on my side, a nice person was passing by on his bike and offered to help me get into another hotel. Do not and i repeat do NOT book this hotel unless of course you are Indian and maybe you might be treated differently.

Pooram & the staff were excellent in hospitality

It was not a proper hotel structure, it was a bungalow which they converted into hotel

The staff was very unprofessional

There is nothing positive to talk about.

Rooms were unhygienic and the check in time was @ 12 but when I reached around 8 in the evng they made me to wait for other 2hrs to clean the room even after calling and confirming abt my stay. They have given double cot but it was 2 single cots joined with some wooden plywood which is very dangerous. Room was filled with tobaco smell, totally dissatisfied and worst stay ever.
