The room was spacious and very clean

The parking situation is not explained clearly, and we had some miscommunication at the beginning regarding parking as I needed 2 spaces and they initially said I could only have 1, which they wanted me to pay for. Turns out that you get one free and have to pay $10 for the 2nd space.

The property was beautiful and the room was awesome. We were very impressed with all the amenities that the hotel provided. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 was because the towel rack was missing and the wall rack was coming away from the wall. And, there was no hot water the first day. Also, the check in process took too long. Jan was so helpful and we appreciated her assistance. We would definitely stay again.

The property was easily accessable, clean and in new condition. the room size was very good. The furniture could have been better. the two chairs were not confortable and the king size bed was too low to the floor and the mattress was not confortable.

A great hotel that was 5 minutes from our family’s lake house. Very reasonable rate and a great property to say the weekend

Everything was great

The hotel was incredibly clean. I love the location and I loved it that it’s right beside a restaurant and right on the lake… The problem was was that there were an immense amount of mosquitoes and gnats in the room from the time we got there.
