Please note the rent of a linen package including sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels is mandatory and always included when booking via booking.com. You pay the rental costs at the properties reception. A max of 2 pets are allowed at the property. Please note an extra nightly fee and extra final cleaning fee apply. Please note: for recreational use only. Living/working related stay is prohibited by the municipality and results in cancellation (without refund) and the risk of a fine of €5000. Please Note: Bed linen are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 7,50 EUR, or bring their own. Additional making the beds before arrival linen changes are available upon request for an additional charge of 7,50 EUR per change. Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen/ making the beds.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
