Le balcon et la mer.

Les 12 escaliers !!! pour des seniors(77 et 78 ans) + adulte de 48 ans. ,donc pas de ascenseur pour le 5 e etage.,les mini-toilettes + sanitaire dans la cuisine, séparé d'une sorte de rideau dur type harmonica..( odeurs pas de privacy. ) Les lits pour 3 grandes adultes, sorte de cage de singe.instable . Quelques machines ménagères défectueuses( cafetière grille à pain) La nomination loft n'est pas correct pour un studio.

Lo mejor sin lugar a dudas fueron las magníficas vistas. El Loft estaba completamente equipado (productos de limpieza e higiene, enseres, menaje, y un largo etc)

Nosotros vivimos en un tercero sin ascensor, así que las escaleras para subir a este loft (5º piso) no fue problema para nosotros, pero quizá a alguno le suponga una molestia. Nos encontramos algunas hormigas en la terraza, nada que unos chanclazos 🩴no solucionaran 😅

The view and the light.

It's on the 5th floor without elevator. I am almost 80 years old and took my dog. I had to go up and down the stairs 4 times every day!

The property had everything needed and beautiful sun set views The owner was super helpful and left a new present a lovely gesture

45 mins train ride to Barcelona Limited places to eat nearby

Location was good with a fantastic view and easy access to the best of Canet. Bars, restaurants, supermarket and the station are just by the doorstep.

The flat is on the 5th floor of a building with plenty of stairs. That should be more clear in the booking specially with kids. The sun chair on the balcony was broken, and so was the extra bed, so we had to place the mattress directly on the floor. Beds were extremely noisy so any movement you make the squeaks were loud, waking everyone up. The shower didn't have cold water nor warm water, only extremely hot to the point kids got burnt. And shower handle couldn't be placed by the wall so it was incredibly hard to help kids in the shower as the bathroom is too small to move around. Also, finally the bathroom door couldn't close, so there was no privacy for using the toilet when needed. We left the flat two nights earlier and paid for another accommodation as it was stressful to sleep and shower.

A wonderful view of the beach and the sea. Nice, big balcony, well furnished but not well cleaned. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped with everything you need, including products. The host was very kind and helpful. Welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine. He provided us with very detailed and useful information.

The sofa was comfortable to sleep on, but once stretched out it was almost impossible to reach the wardrobe. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and there is no elevator. It is a problem for carrying luggage.
