DEA very charming house, well equipped and clean. I particularly liked the kitchen and the little patio, as well as the location in the Albaicin near a little square. Very comfortable beds and nice shower, also very nice to have a second toilet downstairs. The house is ideal for longer stays, and suitable for 2 or 3 persons staying. There is a very nice café in the little square nearby (with marvellous views of the Alhambra), as well as a small organic shop next door with great fresh fruit and veg, bread and other supplies - as well as the most friendly and helpful owner.
The number code thing for the door is quite complicated, and didn't work at first. There was also a recurring problem with the hot water and heating. In both cases, the customer service was very responsive and helped solve any issues quickly, even on a Sunday. But it would be helpful to just have more information provided about appliances and other "house things" e.g. how to adjust the water pressure of the heating system, how to operate the aircon, or about the location of the bins.

FRTrès bon emplacement pour cette petite maison dans le quartier très touristique de l'Albaicyn; un petit café à 30 m nous a permis de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin avant de partir en visite. La maison est agréable, 2 chambres, une salle d'eau avec toilette et aussi des toilettes séparées, une petite terrasse. Literie confortable.
Simplement le bruit...extérieur car la maison est située sur le chemin d'accès au Mirador de San Nicolas et les visiteurs de ce magnifique site ne font vraiment pas attention quand ils redescendent , parlant et riant fort sous les fenêtres : mais ça n'est pas particulier à l'Espagne n'est ce pas !

We would not recommend the current door key situation. As two single female travellers, we worried about running out of mobile phone battery which meant we would not have access to the electronic key via app. It also took a while to load this key so we were standing at the door for quite a while at times, which didn't feel safe. We also would like to have been able to use the bolt on the main front door. We received different sets of instructions for key access - PDFs via booking.com that directed us to a lock box and then the electronic key via phone app. We would recommend clearer instructions for future visitors! Cleanliness was also a bit of an issue - handprints on mirrors etc.

La propreté est passable avec notamment la poussière qui s'accumule sous les lits. Plus globalement l'appartement n'est pas suffisamment entretenu : les murs sont marqués, certaines prises se detachent, etc. Par ailleurs le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas alors que le problème a été signalé 15 jours avant par le précédent locataire par un poste sur Booking. Cerise sur le gâteau, la discussion sur le chat de WhatsApp s'est révélée être menée par une IA, avec en bout de course aucune prise prise en.charge de notre demande... et l'impression d'être pris pour un con !
