The room was not according to the photos in booking.com website and some of the facilities mentioned in the description were not provided.

Booking was canceled by them giving another location at the last moment - reason (some have made another booking)

This place has got so much potential, being right by the lake, and having balcony and outdoor tables facing the lake. Unfortunately it's in dire need of maintenance. It was just THAT many things not working that I felt sorry for the staff. We had to check out 3 rooms before I was settled in. The rooms were clean though and the bed was comfortable. Amazingly enough, the hot shower worked! All honour though to the friendly guy working there who tried his best at all times. Despite all the problems, he was always around smiling and helpful. Most folks would have given up a long time ago and been grumpy.

Finally finding an ok room, the toilet stopped working on my 2nd night. I could have filled the cistern with the water gun, but it leaked straight back out, and all taps were leaking too. I picked this place because it was the only place within my price range that said WiFi is available in all areas, as I had lots of personal things that needed urgent sorting, but I had NO WiFi whatsoever on my first day. Such a stress factor when you can't plan or arrange anything.

I like the comfy beds and hot shower in the family room.place is in front of lake super easy to reach.

Rooms still need some finishing touches like in our room bathroom feel like its still go through finishing process.
