Location was great, place was clean, kitchen was well equipped. We managed to see northen lights from apartment windows

The entrance was hard to get to. There was a car parked there all the time and made it hard to get to the property, especially in snow/ice.

We ended up reallocated due to a leak in the apartment we rebooked. The location was a little further out but no big issue.

Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable beds (everyone traveling with me commented that they slept exceptionally good), walking distance from our Northern Lights tour and the shops, and great host. We felt right at home and had a great stay in Tromsø!

Perfect location, very central. Public bus directly to the airport and supermarket around the corner. Key with keybox was easy. Direct entry to the apartment.

We traveled with 6 adults, kitchen supplies were not sufficient (no big pot) and hosts were not able to bring one. Only one bathroom. Beds and sofa already very worn out. Loud house, downstairs is also an Airbnb and it depends on the guests how nosy they are.
