Very clean hotel. Super close to the airport. The room was clean, bed and linens exceptional. WiFi worked great. There’s a beautiful terrace for meals or to be in nature. They delivered food to the room or the terrace all day. Free breakfast was great, smaller portions but perfect for me. I highly recommend to stay here when having early flights out of GUA or late flights in.

I didn’t see a sign but the gps directions were accurate. Had to call to be let in. Not a problem, it’s security so I appreciate it but was confused at first.

Ubicacion muy cercana al aeropuerto que podes ir caminando.

No hay muchos servicios en la zona, por ejemplo restaurante, por lo cual tenes que terminar consumiendo en el hotel, a precios que no se ajustan a la calidad del servicio. Teniamos que dejar maletas por dos noches, y nos quisieron cobrar 3 dias. Luego de reclamar, nos cobraron los 2 dias que correspondia.

Ubicación muy cercana al aeropuerto, habitación cómoda, desayuno incluido y rico. Personal amable.

Aunque incluía el traslado, hubo un error de comunicación tal vez y no llegaron por nosotros.

Worst customer experience ever. They charged double charged me and won’t refund. Bringing up new excuses every day/ ghosting now. Never again!
