Sicuramente la zona vicino all inalpi e stadio,aria condizionata.

Purtroppo,alla camera andrebbe fatta manutenzione,la porta del bagno staccata dal binario,il bagno a fianco del letto,zero privacy,soffitto con crostoni di umidità secca.

Le cose positive sono ovviamente la vicinanza con Inalpi Arena e Stadio,a noi premeva questo,e la presenza di condizionatore,per me con patologie croniche indispensabile. Molto bene anche la serratura da remoto.

La poca igiene e cura,una porta scorrevole posticcia che rischia di caderti in testa,umidità e pezzi di intonaco ballerini,bagno abbastanza fatiscente. Per il prezzo pagato per una notte,qui in Sardegna offriamo molto ma molto di più,cercare alloggi per credere!

Bed was too soft. There was no coffee in the morning as promised.. but you for the price we pay it was ok

- Very strange way of check in - Damaged bathroom door - not possible to close it - Window directly on the street and people walking near it - Very small kitchen, no table

The room was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable short stay. The property is close to public transport (tram, bus). Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Check-in & opening the doors is enabled via an app, which made it very easy to access the building and the room (without any contact with the host).

Wi-Fi was not always stable. Some external noise due to not very good insulation. There were no shower products in the bathroom and not sufficient toilet paper for a long stay (1 roll provided for a 4-night stay). The room looks bigger on the pictures while in fact it is quite tiny, but okay for a short stay.

I liked the easy entrance and the quiet of the place at the evening

Bathroom door was too pendant, but just because I was not expecting to be like that
