Aiza's Place in Shell Residences MOA

the location which is near MOA plus the host was so accommodating and tried to facilitate all our queries and provided information as to the regulations on the property, plus the pool access was great my daughter enjoyed her daily swim, she provided additional lighting that day for more room brightness, our pool view was great

it wasn’t an electronic lock door for safety, also no thicker blankets for chill AC especially it was rainy season, no weighing scale for travelers like us flying out for airport for baggage check.

Qas given a room different from the ad, bit it was still ok

Walking distance to MOA. Nice contemporary cozy place overlooking the MOA globe and the mall.

The shower area not that clean. Not able to use the microwave as it was not plugged and was kept in the cabinet under the counter.

Very accessible in all areas.

The hallway it’s smell like old house.

Everything, Very slow, long process over an hour check in, Had to pay cash No basics, I.e. No soaps, shampoos, moldy shower, and leftover food in the fridge from someone else. The Fridge was unplugged and smelly from old food. The aircon was not working The reception was understaffed and not helpful and friendly. Very disappointing
