The property is cosy, clean and a walking distance from the city centre. The owner is fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and freshly made!

Ottima la posizione per visitare il centro storico e per accedere al lido. Molto funzionale l’arredo. Accoglienza del Sig. Felice (e della sua squisita cucina).

Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. Prima colazione un po’ scarsina…

Izcila atrašanās vieta, tuvu pludmalei, vecpilsētai. Tīra istaba, ērta gulta, plaša vannas istaba.

Sākotnēji bija problēmas ar reģistrēšanos, bet tā kā mēs jau zinājām, kur ir kafejnīca Felikss, nebija problēmas saņemt atslēgas. Sestdienas vakarā un naktī bija ielu trokšņi - jaunieši braukāja ar rolleriem, skaļi cilvēki. Maza istabiņa.

La posizione di per sé molto comoda in quanto si è vicino al centro, anche se abbiamo scoperto dopo che Scilla è strutturata su due piani per intenderci e la struttura si trova al piano sopra e per arrivare al mare bisogna fare un po di strada ripida in dislivello, c'è la possibilità di scendere giu nel lungomare o salire poi con un ascensore (a pagamento). Il letto era comodo e il bagno abbastanza ben fornito

La stanza di per sé piccolina, bagno e cucina disposti in piccoli spazi. Premetto che la nostra esperienza sia soggettiva in quanto siamo stati male e siamo dovuti restare in stanza piu di quanto era nei nostri programmi. Non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura se in ogni caso si vuole usufruire effettivamente dei suoi servizi, consigliata in caso solo come base per dormire la sera. Da fuori , in strada, una volta aperta la porta ci si ritrova direttamente il letto davanti, mancanza di privacy in questo e non c'era modo di girare l aria senza doversi vedere le persone passarti di fianco in strada mentre si è nella stanza. Ci sono solo due finestrelle piccoline, una di queste livello strada. Siamo dovuti andare a chiedere piu volte al bar (dove c'era il gestore) la carta igienica, siamo stati diversi giorni e ci avevano lasciato solo due rotoli, non è bastato chiedere una volta ed uscire dal bar in piazza con sti rotoli in mano, abbiamo dovuto chiedere un altra volta, perche ce ne dava uno alla volta. Poca cura nei dettagli anche nel fornire il minimo per la cucina come sale grosso, olio, zucchero e altre cose basilari. Tutto sommato al prezzo pagato si possono trovare strutture decisamente migliori.

It was very clean and the staff member who "let us in" was very nice

Where do I even start... When we arrived, there was no one there to let us in, even though we arrived during the official check-in time and I had informed the host of our arrival time beforehand. Several calls went unanswered. Eventually, a kind staff member showed up and let us in. She then explained to us that the “breakfast included” we had intentionally booked would only cover items worth a maximum of €2.50 per person — which equals two croissants and one coffee for both of us. A real joke. There was also no breakfast on Monday, although that day had been booked and paid for. No attempt was made to offer any replacement or compensation. Half of the amenities (fridge, mini-fridge, stove, washing machine) were broken, and the host only came once to repair the mini-fridge, ignoring the rest — just like every single one of my messages about it. And when he did come to fix the mini-fridge, he showed up without any notice. Some communication would’ve been nice. The staircase is extremely narrow — we had trouble carrying our suitcases upstairs. I understand that we didn’t book the entire accommodation, just a room, so we didn’t expect to be alone in the house. What we didn’t expect, however, was people (most likely staff, but we couldn’t be sure) entering the property at all times — even around 10 p.m. or later — without any notice. Almost every day we got scared, as it could’ve been anyone and easily a break-in, especially since the front door was anything but sturdy and looked like it could be kicked in at any moment. Another big scare happened when the cleaning staff entered our room without permission at 10 a.m. while we were still in bed. We hadn’t met her before, so again — for all we knew, it could’ve been anyone. She then gave us a 20-minute time frame to leave so she could change the sheets, even though we hadn’t planned to go out yet. She insisted.
