Todo la casa muy bonita ,buena ubicación la habitación grande y cuqui y lo mejor de todo la anfitriona muy amable dando acceso a todo ,contestando a todos los mensajes y dando facilidad

Lo único que la cama se hundía un poco pero por lo demás todo perfecto.. seguro que lo mejoran

Doccie fredde e poca pressione acqua dopo averla avvisata non ha risolto problema maleducata e pretenziosa

L’emplacement proche du centre ville à pied et le parking gratuit dans la rue. L’accueil. Chambre spacieuse et propre Décoration originale

Literie mole. Manque d’insonorisation, on entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue et le passage.

Belle petite maison avec plusieurs chambres et située à 5 min à pieds du centre historique de Lucca. Petit jardin partagé avec tables et chaises. Très facile pour se garer en face. La chambre comportait un petit frigo (pas bruyant) et belle tv connectée. Literie confortable. Cafetière et capsule à disposition à l'accueil. SBD partagée avec une seule autre chambre donc ca va.

Manque d'insonorisation extérieure et intérieure. Mais la rue pavillonnaire est calme.

Proximité du centre sans les inconvénients. Calme, accès facile, garage pour les 2 motos, lits confortables et propres. La propriétaire nous a prêté des verres pour déguster un vin local. L’odeur du jasmin dans le jardin.

Peu de pression dans la douche, robinet qui éclabousse dans le lavabo chambre 4. Douche chambre 3 qui s’écoulait mal les deux premiers jours, pression dans la douche faible.

Very close to the city center, but in a nice quiet area. Ideal for 1-2 days of stay.

Communication with the landlord was practically not existing. No information was given regarding check-in or -out (a simple text with the passcode to open the lock where the keys are in would have been enough). She didn’t inform us about road maintenance work as well, where the water would be shut down for approximately 2 hours. I was in the shower, covered in soap when the water stopped working. After informing her about it she sheepishly told me about the repairs, but did not apologize. There was no minibar in room 2, although indicated. The wifi does not work at all. One of the sockets was also not working. The double bed in room 2 was fitted with two single mattresses, which kept sliding out of the bed frame. As others mentioned, it can be quite noisy and the bathroom is shared with two other double rooms.
