we booked at very short notice, but able to get into property quite late at night. Very cosy and warm rooms.

Very cosy place, convenient location to why we were visiting (Morecambe Marathon). Unfortunately due to other commitments we arrived late and had to leave early, but would definitely visit again to explore the local area. Host Marie was great with communications too.

Great location near the sea front, spacious for two to eat, sleep and chill out.

The road going up to the property is poorly maintained but we can't put this on the owners and they did forearm us of this and suggested alternative parking nearby. The bed could have been bigger but was decent enough, I'm being very picky though!

Marie was quick to get back to my enquiries, this place was absolutely perfect for what we needed to do for a couple of days away. Would definitely book again next time we plan to visit Morecambe.

Great communication with the owner, readily available and messaged as promised. Excellent value for money. Very clean and added touches like milk in the fridge and basic toiletries. Spacious for the two of us.

The steps up would be problematic for some but these are clearly shown in the description.

Good clean property in excellent location. Wifi worked well. Host helpful.
