The apartment was clean and cozy. It has everything you need for a citybreak or even a week (hairdryer, iron, kitchenet, airconditioner). The apartment was 15 minutes walking distance to the city center and also it was close to the train station, around 10 minutes (a big plus for us). The communication with the owner of the apartment was via what's up and phone. Mr Amerigo was very helpful and nice.

Only on the first day it was a little bit cold for us but Mr. Amerigo solved the issue.

Closiness to the center and central bus & train station was definitely a big plus. Apartment was clean and equipped with all the essentials. Nice location if you'd spend your holidays sightseeing rather than enjoying the beach :) Coffee was available and it was really good :)

There was no real breakfast but more like a snacks - cookies and few cupcakes. I can't say it was a problem ;)

I had breakfast for free, but there was not a real breakfast. Only two small cakes for 3 days. There was coffee and tea also.

20 minutes before getting to the apartment we were informed that there was "a little problem" and we got a new address. The new apartment turned out to be located in a worse area, and it had a definitely lower standard: there was no kitchen, no water (both warm and cold), it was very cold and dirty, and there was some expired food left. It appeared that in the original apartment, there was no electricity because - as the person in charge said - the owner hadn't paid. And there was a big chaos because he wasn't exactly sure if we could move there, so we were waiting for him to inform us and that ruined our plans for the whole day. Moreover, at first, he suggested that we could stay in that new apartment with a lower standard until Monday morning, but then he said that some new guests were arriving and we needed to decide if we were staying there or changing the apartment. But the proper apartment ("Art of Sleep") still had no electricity. When he finally informed us that the electricity started working and we could move, we packed our bags, we moved and it turned out that the electricity wasn't working at all. We tried to heat up the water in an express machine and it was the first time when fuses blew. Then, the situation repeated every few minutes. And when we tried to turn on the boiler, the whole electricity was turning off after one minute. Because of that, we didn't have warm water for the whole stay so we weren't able to take a shower or wash our hair even once; also, it was cold in the apartment so we were sleeping in jackets. We were informing the person in charge several times every day about our problems, but he didn't react. Also, breakfast included is a lie.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The position was perfect, we were close to the station, to the shopping area and to the old city. The owner was really nice and offered us helpful advice.
