"IF YOU DONT WANT TO SLEEP WITH COCKROACHES AVOID AT ALL COST."

Nothing after experiencing a cockroach crawling on my body while I was in bed.
I would give zero stars if I could. During my stay, I experienced something no guest should ever go through, I found a cockroach crawling on my bed and on my body while I was trying to sleep. Then I found a dead one at on the other side of the bed, and another live one in the kitchen and another one by the closet. This was not only disturbing but extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for any place that claims to host travelers. What’s worse is the management’s response. Instead of taking full accountability, they claimed the weather is too hot thats why I had that experience. I dont understand how this will make up for the shock, discomfort, and complete lack of cleanliness. I have stayed in couple more places in Bucharest during the same time, and not once I had this issue or something similar. This is not a cheap camping site, I paid for a decent place to sleep, not to deal with cockroaches. Clearly, cleanliness is not taken seriously here, and based on how this issue was handled, guest safety and comfort aren’t either. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, AVOID AT ALL COST.
