B&B Boutique Hotel

We had such a wonderful stay here. All of the staff couldn't have been more welcoming, and friendly. Not too many rooms which makes for quite a homey feel. The rooms are very comfortable, massive bed and a balcony with rushes overhanging so feels nice and private. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed setting up in a cabana and relaxing with a cocktail. The breakfast really is a treat, your own personal buffet to enjoy and often specialty items of the area to try, all of which were delicious! It's a very easy walk into town, where you can find lots of restaurants and cafes.

As others have mentioned the showers do leak quite substantially, I don't think sealant would cut it, they need replacing. They did however keep us topped up with towels to mop up which was most helpful and the cleaner is very thorough.

C un hôtel assez petit et les touristes sont bruyants autour de la piscine.

The pool with their sheltered booths. Staff all really attentive and kind. Food excellent( brilliant breakfasts) drinks lovely. Great area.

Very nice small family run hotel a short walk from the centre of Dalyan in a nice quiet area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, but with limited English - though quite happy to communicate via Google Translate. Room was a good size with a very large comfortable bed, small fridge, tea/coffee, good airconditioning and a safe. It was on the ground floor with a small "balcony" looking out at the pool. Bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. Breakfast was substantial Turkish style breakfast - eaten in a shaded outdoor area near the pool. The pool was spotlessly clean, and had sun longers and cabanas around it to relax. Very nice for a dip on the days we did not go to the beach.

As others have noted the rooms could do with a little TLC. In paricular the doors on the shower cubicle did not fully close and there was quite a serious leak at the bottom of the shower tray, so the bathroom floor got very wet whenever we had a shower. The staff were aware of this as they left plenty of floor towels in the bathroom each day - a little silicone or grout would probably have resolved this quite easily. Occassionally during the afternoon the staff played quite loud music on a portable speaker near the pool.

The hotel is very dated. Definitely not boutique!!!!! Breakfast average. We were in attic room- it’s crazy- my husband couldn’t stand up to use the loo. I had to kneel down to dry my hair! Didn’t like the smell of the place either. Good location though and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast- not great. I love a Turkish breakfast but this one didn’t compare to the many others I’ve had.

The staff care of guests was exceptional. Sincere thanks especially to Manager Yusuf; Emiss; Ahmet and the lady " boss " - all of whom coped very well in a disastrous weather - Heavy Rain - situation ! - My mobility problems were dealt with sympathetically and professionally. Highly recommended for all those who dislike massive hotel complex establishments. Enjoy !!

The weather !

Location great, close to town but also far enough to be peaceful and relaxing…pool seating area is great….staff are fab, not over bearing but very caring… allowed a late check out, did a washing load for us, free bikes… staff smiley everyday…. We had two rooms, the large first floor with BIG balcony and a garden room…. Both couples could meet and utilise the large balcony … which was great

The staff were fabulous… did everything we asked, the location is great, only a few minutes walk or 1 min cycle to main centre, but still in a quiet part of town … next to mountains … we had big room with big first floor balcony… recommend
