The staff was extremely kind. I arrived quite late and even so they prepared some food for me. Score 10 for the host! The terrace is large; there is a large TV in the bar. I'm sorry that I didn't know that I would find these conditions here because I was taking 2 more days to stay with them (I did a tour of about 4000 km through Turkey). The pool is great, very beautiful, both during the day but especially at night, excellently lit. Next to the pool there are canopies and deckchairs. Lots of flowers and well-kept vegetation. It's a little paradise! I recommend everyone to come and stay several days here, it's gorgeous!

Staff are fantastic and help with anything you need. Breakfast was a traditional Turkish feast and beautifully presented each day, with the flexibility of service up to 12noon. The hotel was small and personable.

Struggled with not having a balcony and no where to place wet clothing or sit privately. We had a ground floor bedroom with a juliet balcony.

Nice, warm welcome from Fatma who was able to book and arrange a collection for a hammam straight away. Honeymoon suite was spacious and clean with a gorgeous balcony. The pool was being maintaned when we arrived but was ready the following morning, the tv cable in our room was re-connected within a few hours and despite lack of iron/ironing board our dresses were freshly pressed for us within a few minutes. Yes, the building and the facilities could do with a fresh coat of varnish/paint or upgrade but the aged look added to the charm. Breakfast was simple, fresh, homemade and delicious. Maybe a bit too repetitive if staying more than 4 nights but we enjoyed it nonetheless with eggs cooked to your liking and a differently prepared pastry each morning. We had the occasional snack/lunch by the pool and they were also very good. Location is OK. It's around a 10min walk into the main town and we felt safe. Our departing flight wasn't till the evening and we were grateful to have a late check out despite having to experience a cold shower as there was building maintenance happening and we weren't informed. However, despite the occasional, minor miscommunication, the staff could not do enough. They were helpful, warm, friendly and industrious. We enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful time at Dalyan B&B Butik. Thank you.

We had the family room with two large bedrooms and bathroom providing ample space. The room was very clean and the two mini fridges a bonus. The pool was a really good size for the property and with only 8 rooms, it was quiet but friendly. The breakfasts were amazing with lots of local fresh produce. The staff were really friendly and made us very welcome. Located in a quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk into the town.

Our Stay at B&B Boutiquehotel was a pleasure. The reason for this fact were the calm atmosphere in the Environment of the centre of Dalyan nearby. We were lucky to stay at the roof Suite. It was not that big or special but it offered an amazing view of these wonderful moments of sunrise in the morning. By the way there were some beautiful Runningroutes between 8 and 20 km nearby the hotel. The room itself was very cozy, the aircon worked properly. Cleaning was done every morning and it was ok even if not perfect. Breakfast was pretty delicious and served to the table every morning. Also you had the option of Omelette or Menemen. Last one was great every morning. The atmosphere of the hotel was very familiar. It was time of the european Championship in soccer and wie spent some evenings watching the matches together. If we had questions everyone was really trying to help. On top of that they organised two different tours for us. One to a waterfall and one boattrip. Both were amazing. To conclude: If you are searching for a small calm hotel were someone cares for you B&B is perfect. If you search for a hotel with more Entertainment or more luxury you might not get it here.
