An apartment on the 30th floor in a fantastic location, right next to the beach. Beautifully furnished, with breathtaking views of the sea and the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy. The building has a concierge on the ground floor who monitors the entrance, adding a sense of safety and comfort.

The apartment is not 100 m² as advertised — it’s closer to around 60 m², plus an uncovered terrace that is unusable most of the time. When it rains, it gets wet; in the evenings it’s extremely windy due to the building’s height; and there’s no shade from the sun. There’s a pump in a kitchen cabinet that makes such a loud noise that if someone is washing dishes or showering, it’s impossible to have a normal conversation or sleep in the morning. The main bed is not full-sized, so taller guests (like me) cannot sleep comfortably. The apartment is small and more suited for a couple than for a family with children. The listing stated that the apartment has private parking for an extra fee, but when I asked the owner, I was told to look for something nearby myself. Kitchen equipment is limited — only one pot but several pans — and the electrical system trips if cooking at full capacity. Overall, this property has potential and the location is fantastic, but the listing is misleading regarding the apartment’s size and the availability of private parking.

Perfect place for holidays. Terrace is beautiful especially at night. Very clean, comfortable bed, wine fridge is a huge plus. Andrea 10/10 - perfect host!
