The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing, with a nice overall atmosphere.

For a hotel positioned and priced as a five-star property, the service was inconsistent. Some staff were helpful, while others felt rigid and unaccommodating. A specific example was at breakfast, where I was told I could not take my coffee upstairs, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. At this price point €5000 for 3 nights I would expect a more flexible, guest focused approach and a higher level of service that truly reflects a luxury experience.

L’emplacement, la deco, la chambre La conciergerie est très efficace et sympathique

Restauration + petit déjeuner décevant par rapport au reste. Rapport qualité prix pas à la hauteur.. Le personnel x3 matin au petit déjeuner + x1 dîner sans nous reconnaître… manque de sympathie et de personnalisation

The hotel was amazing, excellent location and all the services were fantastic. Beautifully designed and decorated with many modern and contemporary art pieces. The staff were very polite and friendly. I strongly recommend this property for your stay in Madrid!!!

C’est un très bel hôtel avec un plus pour la déco des chambres vraiment exceptionnelle et peu commune . Cela change !!! Le personnel est très prévenant . L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville .
