Hotel is beautiful with many details and very attentive staff. Location is perfect. I would highly recommend the hotel and will probably come back.

Just a heads up. I don't like concept of partially paid breakfast. Either included or not. All other options are bad, especially for night price. I believe signage in hotel could be better as I did not know for rooftop, where is a pool etc. I could guess but no need to guess as hotel is really good.

The Staff is exceptional! Astrid, Diego, Laura at the Concierge are absolute top notch professionals! The food at the hotel is very good.

The layout of the rooms is an absolute disaster. Imagine your bed in the middle of a bazar. It is supposed to be “ the style “ of the hotel having all kind of “ exhibited stuff all over the room” buy it ends up being the liability. There is not a table to eat, work, write a note at! I found the stay stressful and more over disrespectful. I should not have to eat my food on Bed! pretty disgraceful sitting in the middle of the bed and having your hamburger because the hotel prefers to provide my room with a guitar 🎸 instead of a table… The beds are terrible by the way!🙈

Beautifully decorated and smooth all around. Some people might not like the reception picarde in the first floor but that is part of the charm of this beautiful building.
