"Change the sofa"

The location is ok. We spent only one night in transfer to Palawan, so it is ok to be near the airport and MOA.

The second bed was too small. We have kids 8 and 11 and they barely fited.

"Very good"

The owner was very accommodating since we arrived until we left. Shops everywhere. Very quiet area except when the plane is passing. Complete utilities. Close to the airport Close to Mall of Asia and Manila Bay. Lots of stuff to do. Will book again.

For some reasons we were offered to be moved into a different unit but no complaints as it is also as nice as this one. Everything works well plus they have slippers for guest to use during their stay. Host were very helpful and making sure everything is sorted and clean before we arrive. Responds very quick too.

Very convenient to moa grounds/seaside for early morning races. Room was clean and well.kept. there was provision for additional mattress. Complete cooking utensils and complimentary coffee
