The room was very dirty and smelly. Bathroom smelled awful. The lock and faucet were broken. Extra charge was taken by the caretaker upon checkin. We could not stay there at all, so we paid a large amount of money and checked out within a couple of hours.

Very nice and neatly maintained place ..hats of to prakash manager and very kindly staff who made our stay memorable..sure will visit again..lovely staying

The rooms and service are good. Nice and humble staff. Value for money, old building. With Family or friends, this resort should be considered. The room service is awesome. Good location. It is a peaceful environment from the city side. Nearby have a boathouse. The approach road to the resort is pathetic.

The location is close to the Karnataka siri Horticulture Garden.

The access to the building is notably congested, with slippery mud roads posing a hazard. The structure itself appears quite aged, lacking in modern amenities. Hygiene seems to be a concern, particularly with the toilets, and the furniture shows significant signs of wear. Additionally, the room I was provided lacked essential items such as a bath towel and drinking water, which was quite inconvenient.

Too much stain on bed and coats are broken
