We are regular Booking users and would rate Filo’s place as one of the nicest and best located among all the places where we stayed in. The place was clean, modern and well decorated. The beds are comfortable, bathroom and terrace are clean. Location is incredibly well located. Communication was great too. Filo was very quick to respond to any questions.

Check in could be put down to 2 pm, for example.

The location is great, the apartment is clean, and the host is responsive to messages and helpful. Overall, everything was fine.

Aveiro is a very beautiful town - clean, with lots of flowers, parks, nice houses, cozy restaurants and cafés as well as friendly people. Casa Pirosa is situated in a quiet street very close to the centre, The house itself is amazing! Spacy "living room" with fully equipped kitchen, nice decorations. We were a bit afraid of shared bathroom but everything was OK. I´d like to recommend a trip to Costa Nova (20 minutes by local bus). Perfect communication with the owner!

It was cleaned. It had a microwave, an oven, a private bathroom, it was okay.

I didn't like the bed, it was uncomfortable for me. It was too low and soft. I had to remove the mattress to sleep on the floor. It was like being in a trampolim. The other negative point was that the TV was too small, and I was unable to watch anything.
