Cnoc Ard Weekly bookings from Saturday - Saturday only

Location was great for the hill walking and cycling we did over the week. The host had provided plenty of logs for the fire, which was lovely. The house was comfortable with excellent double glazing. Well appointed kitchen. Views form the property were fab and there was ample parking. The extra fridge was particularly helpful and having plenty of single beds is great for a group of walkers like us.

We hadn't been sent the key code to get in, but a quick call to the host resolved the issue. A couple of small cleanliness issues need to be raised - there were a few dishes in the cupboard that had been put away with food residue on them and there was a bunch of dog hair at the back of the dining table. The upstairs beds (pink room) were a bit lightweight for us compared with the very comfy beds downstairs, although fine for youngsters.

Es roch im Erdgeschoss anfangs stark nach Hund. Es gibt keinen festen Esstisch aus Platzgründen, dies ist ein mobiler Tisch, der im Wohnzimmer ausgeklappt werden muss. Mehrere Personen müssen dann auf dem Sofa sitzend essen, was für Kinder schwierig ist. Direkt neben dem Haus steht ein fester Wohnwagen, der wohl tw auch bewohnt wird. Das war uns nicht bewusst im Vorfeld.

The house was lovely, great size for our family and a perfect location for us to explore the NC500.. highly recommend.

Cnoc ard house was perfect, excellent views and amenities close to beach and shops, scourie is a lovely place with equally lovely people. Beautiful locations within an hour drive to some of the most amazing landscapes . We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic well equipped property,with great views. Great location for exploring the surrounding section of the NC500. Comfy, spacious cottage.

A lovely cottage , well equipped in a beautiful location to tour the North of Scotland. Lots of wildlife and great scenery to see. Very peaceful.
