Check in process was not smooth, the shower does not drain so you are forced to take a quick shower to prevent the bathroom water from over flowing

Très belles chambres en plein centre-ville de Brindisi. Endroit calme. Check-in à distance très facile. Restos à proximité. Aéroport à 10 minutes en taxi.

"New and modern"

Brand new, modern, clean, great location in city centre

Lots of steep steps, no lifts a we had heavy luggage. No pool/spa as per photos, was advised it's coming next month.

"Beautiful but could be better."

Absolutely beautiful suite, generous proportions and fantastic high ceilings. The Spa bath was a nice addition. Alessia communicated well and with a polite manner when we had some issues. The location was quiet and not far from the station.

For a "luxury suite" we were very disappointed to find black mould in the bathroom, around the shower cubicle and on the wall/ceiling (no ventilation). The shower has great pressure but the outlet didn't drain well and so it floods. The terrace didn't feel at all welcoming as there were rust marks on the floor from the furniture and the cushions were dirty/mouldy. If there was more attention to detail with general maintenance this would meet the standards required for a "luxury suite" and would be a truly magical place.

Zeer goede ligging. Goed bereikbaar met bus vanaf de luchthaven en vlakbij station.

Jacuzzi was aanwezig maar konden er geen gebruik van maken.
