"Very spacious villa with excellent location."

Ideal location and central to everything. Staff were very friendly.

Some property maintenance is required around the pool area and cleanliness around the kitchen and bathroom taps. Other than those minor details the villa is very spacious and clean.

"A fabulous stay!!"

We had the 4 bed villa - it was fantastic for our large family holiday, plenty of space and perfect to enjoy with our family and young grandchildren. Great location , quiet but close to Seminyak beaches and restaurants. Delightful staff who helped organise a special birthday celebration. It is an older villa but so spacious with lively grassy grounds.

Location close to Bintang supermarket. Staff available to help at any hour of the day or night. Breakfast cooked fresh in the villa everymorning. Spacious villa with 2 clean well maintained pools

"Beautiful property, affordable for what you get"

Incredible property, huge in size, extremely clean, great beds. We were with a baby and the place was quite well designed for accommodating the baby, not many traps. The cot looked very comfy too.

Breakfast cooked in your villa was great, but the breakfast choices were disappointing, not enough variety (essentially you choose from 4 meals, which is very boring day after day). Narrow street that you have to cross to the main road, which was quite dangerous to walk with a stroller.

"Great location, spacious villa"

Villa was very spacious and clean. Quiet though close to the main street. Layout was fantastic for our family. Breakfast everyday was lovely. Staff were very friendly and on site security was fantastic. Option for no pool was good for our 3 year old.

Could do with a little bit of touching up. Few downlights out. Leaky bidet handle in master bath. Bath jacuzzi function out of order indefinitely. Laundry service while we appreciate the convenience was very pricey. Same staff member attempted to overcharge for late checkout on 2 separate occasions despite the cost being already paid and recorded upon check-in.

"Absolutely beautiful villa and lovely, kind staff who would do anything for us"

Beautiful accomodation, close to supermarket and restaurants. In house breakfast daily cooked by staff was delicious.

Pool was a little hard to get in and out of for older mum and stairs to bedrooms quite steep to climb if travelling with older people.
