Vittani Palace - The Green Apartment

The location is very convenient, being in the heart of Como

Considering the quality of beds and furniture and above all the equipment of the kitchen, the place is by far too expensive. You get the same for a lot less in Como. The online registration is not customer friendly, other B&B accept a copy of the documents via whatsapp (who wants to click on links these days?).

The property is modernly arranged

When we checked in, the property was not ready to welcome guests. The beds were still unmade, and used towels from the previous guests were left on the bathroom floor. We contacted the host, who explained that there had been a scheduling mistake and that the cleaning had not been completed. She promised to arrange for a cleaner within the hour, but in the meantime, my friends and I couldn’t stay in the apartment or even freshen up to enjoy our first evening in Como. After a long day of travel, we had to leave again and wait for nearly three hours while the cleaning was completed. When we discussed this inconvenience with the host, she initially accused us of being rude for requesting compensation, but eventually agreed that our check-in had been delayed and promised a 10% refund for the first night. Despite several reminders, however, we have yet to receive this refund. The host has repeatedly offered excuses, and to date, we remain uncompensated. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property to anyone.

Large modern renovated apartment. Very clean rooms. Large beds. Modern kitchen and bathroom.

The shower was a little bit small but wasn’t too bad.
