Impossible de récupérer le clé de la chambre dans le casier sécurisé. Beaucoup de difficulté à joindre une personne pour remédier au problème. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car pas d'accueil réception, aucune personne présente.

無人ホテルと聞いて不安だったが、思ってた以上にキレイで部屋の香りが好みだった。 １階の食堂もキレイで広く利用しやすかったです。 良い滞在が出来ました！ 岳南鉄道の駅も近くて最高です👍

ウォシュレットが壊れてた
