慣れていないスタッフだったのか分からない、で終わってしまったので対応できるスタッフへの伝達が欲しかったです。

風呂だけ良かった

Wifi遅い。 清掃料として表示料金より+¥4000ほど高くなる。 決算時に総額が記載されるので要確認。 それなら表示料金に含まれてれば分かりやすいのにやり方が詐欺っぽい。 ホテル自体そこまで悪くはないけど後味が悪い

お風呂、トイレが別で清潔だった。

サイトに載っていた料金とは別に清掃代として4000円かかっていました。 最新システムなのかkeycafeという機械で鍵の返却をするのですが、私が触る前からエラーが出ていてそれの対応が何もされていなかった。受付の人もいないのでかなり苦労して人と会うことができて返却できました。やはり何かあったときは従業員に連絡を取れるようにしておいたほうが良いと思います。 従業員が外国人だから仕方がないと思える人はいいかもしれませんが、清掃代と鍵の扱いはいただけないです。

While the location was great , awesome view of Mount Fuji overall rating 4.5/ 5 value for money

Please keep another microwave and maybe options for heating bowls , also if you can place English instructions for the microwave
