Breathe Inn by Tiny Away

Lovely nice road, meaning we didn't have to walk across paddock. We could just dive up to the tiny home. Very warm cabin with a very comfortable bed. Great experience 10/10would definitely book again.

Rained heavily all night, sound was deafening, didn't sleep well. Couldn't get hot water. Cow had knocked out power chord.

There was no top sheet and the duvet was hot. The room just too small to keep any of our bags with us we had to put them back in the car. Very nice hosts 😊

A cute little tiny home, very private and very compact. OK for an overnight stay but would be very confining for longer as no storage room for anything.

Very quiet until it rained, the sound on the roof disturbed us all night. You must park on the drive and walk approx 50m across a grassy paddock to your accommodation, not a problem when dry but got very wet feet in the rain. AFTER we had booked, the information we received re. accessing the tiny house suggested gumboots if wet or muddy, but we didn't know that until it was too late, we had already committed. Nowhere for suitcases inside, we unpacked our needs and carried the cases back to the car.

a quiet little rural getaway for singles or couples. cute little cabin, clean and private and the bonus is you can take your pet. Surrounded by some farmland a few cattle, but not enough to impact on our time at Breathe In. Would make a nice solo retreat for someone looking to escape the noise, traffic and business of the city. About a 10 min drive to Kaitaia town centre.

It was clean.

Parking 100 meters from accom. Didn't like walking thru cow paddock full of cow poo to get to accom. There are no instructions on how to use a chemical toilet. Instructions refer to completely different styles of toilets. Which after our stay was completely full and smelling. There was no room for suitcases at all, the kitchen window would not shut. And no firewood. Drive way very long with no turnaround at the end. Owners need to make a call on whether they want cows or people

Great little set up, shame about the rain, would have loved to used the outside area. Bed was super comfortable

Loved the whole experience of being on a charming and serene property. Loved being surrounded by the beautiful trees and river and the feeling of privacy. The unit offered all that was needed and even a lovely fire pit for cosy nights. Host was very welcoming and thoughtful touches of little blankets etc.
