Sehr schneller und guter Kontakt. Sind uns sehr entgegen gekommen mit Check-Out. Sehr gemütliche Räumlichkeiten. Super Aussicht. In 20-30 Minuten in Genua. Wurden über Aktuelle Lage in Genua informiert. Waren zu jederzeit erreichbar !

WC- Brille ein bisschen lose und eher feucht im Bad. Badetücher wurden fast nicht trocken.

Clean and quiet accommodation (in the evenings), with beautiful views of the mountains and even a piece of the sea is visible. The port and the city center of Genoa are about 20 minutes away by car, which is convenient. However, for this price, this is a good hotel. As we understood, there is only one room for rent in the house, and it is on the 2nd floor. Quiet and friendly owners live on the 3rd, during several days of our stay we hardly saw them, and it seems that you are completely alone in the building, which is nice. On the first floor there is a living room, where there is a refrigerator and a coffee maker, as well as a table. There is a parking lot near the house, and behind the house there lives a pretty nice family of wild boars.

During 2 nights we were bitten quite badly by mosquitoes or some kind of midges (after 2 weeks we still had bite marks), on the third night we closed the windows and opened the door to the corridor - this helped. Also in the mornings the neighbors seem to be building a pool and it is quite loud (but this is temporary). It would also be cool if the toilet could be locked, since it is not in the room. The first time it was uncomfortable... but then we realized that there was no one in the building and the discomfort went away. The mattress is acceptable.

La camera era spaziosa pulita e dotata di ampio bagno. La signora del beb gentilissima ci ha messi subito a nostro agio.

Sarebbe utile istallare le zanzariere visto la zona immersa nel verde.

The family who own the property were friendly, very helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was comfortable and they provided lovely breakfast bits with cake and Genoa's legendary biscuits too! The home was very clean and everyone was very kind and friendly to us and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The location is quite far from the centre and very high up if walking. By car it's close and quite easy. I highly recommend you rent a car. With a car it's perfect. Public transport is questionable and ends at around 17:30 most days so a car is essential unless you like to walk as much as me and my friend who went with me. Taxis are harder to book or at least we struggled to so definitely rent a car if you can.
