Appartamento Saliceto 39

Being old we were unaware that there were going to be two flights of ten stairs between floors and the apartment was on fourth floor ! At certain times of the day and night the noise from other neighbours spoilt our stay and stopped us from sleeping ( dogs baby grating noises ) The kitchen equipment lacked kettle washing up equipment bowl sponges and liquid. We would have liked bin bags and information about removal of rubbish as before mentioned the flat was a huge climb and we had no bin bags .

Location was great, the neighborhood is calm, we had what we needed.

Unfortunately, the walls of one of the bedrooms is thinner that we'd like and we could hear the louder neighbors quite a lot.

+ Our host, Anna, was very helpful and replied quickly via WhatsApp + kitchen well eqipped (although lacking a kettle) + generally clean (with some minor shortcomings) + cleaning products provided + not far away from the railway station

- localization a bit outside of the strict city center - walls of the apartment are quite thin, so we could hear the neighbours and they coud certainly here us (mind that silent hours are not only during the night but between 13.00 and 15.00 as well) - we were at the apartment after 20.00 and had to pay additional 20 EUR fee for this. Information about it is on the aparment booking profile (one of the last pictures), and the fact that I did not catch it was my mistake... Still, this is quite silly in the era of self check-in - no resting area in the flat (e.g. sofa)

Nice place and wonderful service

Beautiful apartment - lovely fresh decor - everything was spotless. The bed was so comfy. Shower was fab. Great location. Handy for buses to Stazione Centrale and Piazza Maggiore.

Nothing.

The host was very nice and helpful whenever we needed something. There is a supermarket really close to the appartament, and you can get to the central station by 20 min walk, as well as the congress center.

We would have liked to have air condition in two rooms (only avaliable in one). To help, the host brought a fan but with the Bologna heat this was not enough. However, the stay was still very nice and four people fit in the AC room.
