Not many things we liked

Too cold, bathroom too far away from the room, you have to take a few dangerous steps to go there in the night. Not a location for in wintertime.Too many cats walking around inside, one actually slept in my open suitcase 😔 Ukrainian lady was there to meet us, she didn't speak German or English I felt sorry for her, breakfast oké

It is an amazing experience, we went in December and the temperature in the room was great. The owner is very attentive and friendly, she gave us a tour to explore the castle. Breakfast was delicious.

Das Frühstück und der Service war recht gut.

Wenn man dieses Hotel bucht muss man die Gebühr sofort bezahlen - selbst eine Woche später hatte ich noch immer keine Rechnung bekommen. Telefonisch war dann auch niemand mehr zu erreichen. Keine Reaktion auf SMS oder über den Nachrichtenkanal von Booking. Ein einmaliger telefonischer Kontakt hatte geklappt, wo mir die Rechnung noch zugesagt wurde - nur leider ist es nur bei dem Versprechen geblieben. Habe mich nun direkt an Booking gewendet um an die Rechnung zu kommen. Das ist der einzige Grund, das ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen werde. Weniger gut war auch das eiskalte Badezimmer ( ca 8-10Grad ). Einen Aufenthalt im Winter kann ich nicht empfehlen. Bin froh, das es vorbei ist. Im Sommer ist es hier bestimmt recht angenehm. Man darf es nicht mit einem normalen Hotel verwechseln.

Sich fuer eine Nacht wie ein Burg Herr(-in) fühlen! Dazu sehr warmen Wilkommen von der eigentliche Burgerherrin

schon etwas kalt im vollem Winter (aber nicht unser Zimmer - das war sehr schoen warm)

Außergewöhnliche Location. Liebevoll gestaltet. Man fühlt sich in die Ritterzeit versetzt. Super Frühstück vom Burgherr serviert.
