Very good location being in a very quiet part within easy walking distance of the town centre. Parking was fine for our 4 cars. Kitchen/downstairs lounge great for dining/entertaining. Beds comfy but no bedside table for second bed in front twin room.

Could have done with a little more toilet paper to start with for 6 people. Also a J cloth/dishcloth and a sponge would have been useful for wiping down the large counter top and for washing up bits and pieces. Waterworks very noisy but this probably can't be helped. We had a burst shower hose upstairs which flooded the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms on Sunday afternoon. This was dealt with promptly however there should be a clearly documented emergency number in the folder at the top of the general blurb. Also the instructions for finding the stopcock were not very clear when water is pouring through the ceiling and one is in a panic!

Great location for touring the area, parking was not always easy as it is in an area of narrow streets. Quiet and comfortable house with good range of cooking equipment.

Some of the kitchen could have done with more thorough cleaning,. In the downstairs bathroom the shower handle is damaged and the dial to show the settings is loose and therefore not much use. There were a number of dead houseplants around which was strange in somewhere otherwise nicely furnished.

The location was perfect, nice very spacious property to accommodate a large family.

There were a lot of balls of dust around the property (behind lamps/tables) and all house plants were dead. In the large green bedroom there was a large patch of mould/damp in the corner of the ceiling which was quite off putting.

Arrived to a big hamper on the kitchen island filled with tea / coffee / wine / biscuits / crisps. Gorgeous house - especially kitchen & both bathrooms. Beds were really comfy. Easy to gain access (I received an email the day before with code to door lock).

The only criticism (and this is me being picky) was that the decor of the bedrooms / living areas didn’t match the kitchen & bathroom decor vibes but still luxurious beds & cosy living areas.

The welcome box and milk was a lovely touch. The stair gate we requested had just arrived as we got there. Most definitely needed for our twins

The main family bathroom upstairs - water leak from sky light had made the wall ‘bubble’ slightly. Had been for some time by the look of it. Wasn’t a big issue to us but thought it was worth mentioning.

Beautiful place. Roomy yet nice a cosy for a group of people to stay in together. It was a very nice detail to leave a welcoming package for us.

There was an initial mix-up with the PIN code and I had to call to emergency number to receive the correct one, which was a bit stressful and had us all waiting outside in the cold for 5-10 minutes. It would also be nice if there were a few more basics at the house like shower gel and more cooking essentials (olive oil, pepper, etc). Some of the appliances like the oven and the dishwasher were loose and not correctly fitted.
