Good location for visiting New River Gorge NP. Lovely staff.

Shower didn't quite work right. Could only get 1/2 the water to come from the shower head.

The staff was very accommodating. I asked for a quiet room on the highest floor and they provided that. The room was really nice and the beds were fantastic. The bathroom was nice and large and the shower was great.

Absolutely nothing. If I am ever in this area again I would definitely stay here.
