City Blessed Apartment 1 with free parking

Good communications and easy check in, parking straight outside the door with a permit provided. Good location and plenty of facilities around. Metro just a few steps away making it easy to get around the city if needed. Clean apartment with good facilities, good shower. Considering the central location it was quiet over night with no disturbances for sleeping.

A few of the bits of furniture need a bit of rebuilding, lamps in the bedroom with no socket to plug them in to, so just for decoration really. Toilet seat loose (my pet hate).

Clean, tidy, spacious with excellent equipment for cooking, washing etc.

I did bot expect this property to be so clean and cozy for the price! Bedsheets and towels were fresh, all the surfaces clean. Lovely location, 3 min walk to the shop, 4 min walk to a shopping street, 1 metro stop from Tyne-mouth beach, 25 min from Newcastle city centre!

The entry door could use a new handle and lock, it was difficult to open or close the door sometimes. Not the fault of the property, but keep in mind that screaming seagulls might wale you up during the night!

Well priced...clean....comfortable bed....host was helpful and apologetic about problems

Uncomfortable sofa.....WiFi not working on arrival....v difficult to find...rather gloomy

Good sized space, free parking outside, easy arrival and check in. Quiet location overnight. Big bathroom. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Really close to metro. Would happily stay again.
