The location of the apartment is certainly pretty good. However if coming by train you would likely not get a taxi since it's so close.... and then prepare to lug your baggage up a huge number of stairs. If you don't have baggage and want a central location (and if you can manage without air conditioning even when it's 33 degrees outside - and 32 degrees in the apartment) then this could be a decent property.

Horribly under- ventilated apartment in an old run- down building. If you have heavy baggage stay away from this place. There is NO vehicle access to the property so you need to climb about 30 steps on the street before reaching the building (which has a ridiculous lean). Then you have to climb four flights of stairs. The property had three small table fans which were severely underpowered (see photos of fans if you think I'm exaggerating) Owner initially appeared helpful and apologetic over messaging but then offered only a 50% refund (of our three night booking) even though we stayed about one hour in the apartment before it became unbearable. Check my photos for proof of was 32.7 degrees C in the apartment!!! We had to find alternate accommodation at last minute prices! Booking.com was not much help either. Will seriously reconsider using them in future based on this experience.

Could not find a more accommodating host, but that is because he knows the rest is not up to standard. I am a builder and this property should be condemned.. without question … the same engineer that stuffed up the Pizza started on this building! It leans at least 400 mm off vertical over 3 floors. The location is central.

Mice dirt in the cupboard. Dangerous internal steps. Shower is dirty ( mould) and leaks. NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was at least 35c. Cannot open windows because of the proximity to the train station and mosquitos. No toaster and no tea towels!

Apartment was fabulous. Only downside for us was that we had a lot of luggage, and there were many steps. But that was our bad. Marco ( owner) picked us up and took us to train station.

Everything was spacial, very well.presented and clean. Bottled water and orange juice in the fridge. Fruit and bread supplied. Even a legend of the best way to get around. Train station very close - but double glazing made it very quiet. It was a lovely apartment to relax in.

All was perfect. The house is beautiful, confortable, near the train station
