The room next door appeared not to have a bathroom inside the room, so the people who spent the night there kept banging the door as they opened and closed the door to the bathroom I suppose and it disturbed my sleep somehow

The water wasn't too hot but it was probably because we were showering early in the morning.

very secure, plenty of nature around. the room was spacious and the king-size bed was very comfortable. the staff were friendly and they even offer free laundry services.

i liked the floor in the bathroom, however there was no shower cubicle to separate the shower from everything else in the bathroom, so water would just splash everywhere when showering. they should really put that shower cubicle ASAP

Large airy rooms, with attached spacious private bathroom. Full communal kitchen access. Large garden area around the house with ducks, chicken, and guinea fowl! Staff Tina was lovely and accommodating.

As others have mentioned, the location is some distance from any major roads. Make sure you use google maps to guide your taxi or driver. NO signs near or at the gate of the property. No signs to direct you even once you enter the gated property, which is large, with several buildings, and dark in the night. One large shared house with several individual rooms is what you get…this is not clearly stated in description. Yes there is loadshedding across zambia with very lengthy power cuts, however when paying to stay somewhere, the generator when switched on should include hot water. And stove not run on generator - there was a gas cooker outside the house, which in windy winter conditions made it a half hour production just to heat water for tea. Considerable construction in and immediately around the house, so common sitting room not really useable - a warning would have been appropriate.

The whole experience was awesome and pleasant.

The setting was nice.
