Fabulous little apartment! Staff super friendly. Everyone in the building was friendly

Outside building isn't best looking. But don't be put off apartment is fab! And everyone super friendly.

Was like a council estate corridors loud especially the weekend. The room smelt of really bad sewage. Bed uncomfortable we had to find somewhere else to stay for the rest of our holiday

Very clean, very good kitchen, nice open space

The external of the building was to say the least very unappealing, very strong cooking smells at times in internal l corridors, Lifts not sufficient for amount of residents, even when both working, small lift is a complete waste of space, large not much better, no emergency exit instructions posted anywhere, very strong sewage/cooking smell In the bathroom.

No me ha gustado nada, no nos alojamos allí porque daba miedo y nos tuvimos que ir. Nada más llegar vimos el ambiente y el edificio que está destrozado. Es un barrio marginal con un ambiente peligroso. A la media hora estábamos fuera y ahora estoy tratando de que el banco me devuelva el dinero. No lo recomiendo, no os alojéis ahí. Son un montón de viviendas, las plantas destrozadas y mucho ruido. Hablamos con una conocida que vive en Benidorm y nos dijo que es el peor barrio y ni siquiera la policía se mete ahí. Por cierto, no está en primera línea de playa, es mentira.

Precio y comodidad

La finca de viviendas que que la gente es algo raras aunque el comportamiento con nosotros fue muy bueno pero al principio te dan ganas de irte Booking debía avisar de alguna manera y tener controlado el contacto dueños y los inquilinos nosotros estuvimos llamando un mes al teléfono de contacto y no lo cogieron y una hora después de la entrada Booking nos proporciono un contacto
