The owner is very kind and helpful. The location is 15 min walking distance to the beach side with nice environment at night and good restaurants options. Good for a night stay while on the way to the airport.

Public transportation not so convenient if you don't have a car.

The breakfast was very simple. But Floriana is very helpful.

No sound isolation between rooms. The main locker is quite difficult, as you should call each time Floriana.

Floriana provided excellent communication leading up to our stay.

We had to cancel our stay last minute because the train from Florence to Rome was full and the next train left the station early. We got into Rome too late and our departing flight was leaving at 5 AM, so it made more sense to go directly to the airport and wait there. Nonetheless, we were charge for a full night stay, even after coordinating the need to cancel ahead of time.

Large and comfortable room, kind host, quite neighbourhood.

I find everything good, lication close to the airport, quite place, the B&B is in a very nice place, you have everything you need a few meter from the house.

The hostess was very eager to help me in every need. I was very nervous about how to get to the airport in time fro an early flight and she made all the necessary arrangements for me to get there in plenty of time. She was helpful in every way.

The room was a little cool for my comfort. But when I asked she increased the temperature for me.

We received a very warm welcome, even though we arrived so late. The room was super clean and the shared bathroom too! There is a supermarket just in front of the door. Thank you for having us!
