USI prepared my owned Breakfast in the morning at the unit daily.
everything was fantastic
USIt was new, spacious, bright and had a lot of amenities. Close to groceries and good mall.
WiFi was sketchy. On the pool deck there was no WiFi. At times the WiFi would drop and I had to use cellular data. The TV did not work. I brought this up to employees in building and to the management company. They acknowledged it couldn’t connect to the network. They promised to bring a RoKu device. I kept asking for it and it never came. One day I was sitting on the sofa in my underwear and a maintenance technician barged in. He claimed the bathroom needed some work. He didn’t fix anything. He did however take my shampoo and conditioner. They provided only a few towels and one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, which they took when they barged in. The view is a Condo canyon blocking a lot of the ocean. Shower had a dangerous contraption I think was for putting soaps and shampoo—see photo.

Furnishings felt a bit cold. Air circulation was limited. Inability to open the window and no balcony was stuffy.
