GuestReady - Pleasent stay in Madrid

It was very clean and close to a lot of amenities. Metro stop was about a 5min walk away with a direct line to Gran Via. The beds were comfy.

Although it came with first use essentials, a handy bag containing some washing up liquid, cloth etc it also felt a little sparse, 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days etc... Be prepared to go buy extras if required. The sofa I think may also be a pull out bed, but it was quite uncomfortable to sit on and relax in any way.

Todo muy bien equipado

El sofá cama es bastante incomodo de hecho hace doler la espalda por la madera que tiene de base

La habitación era amplia y estaba limpio, el fregadero estaba desencajado , pero lo pudimos poner bien

Solicite poder quedarnos hasta las 12:00 máximo ya que viajamos para ir al hospital con mi padre paciente oncológico y no nos dejaron , a las 10:50 estaba la limpiadora muy poco empatica , estábamos recogiendo para salir , me pareció muy poco humano sabiendo que las entradas son a las 15:00.

Muy limpio , muy acogedor , bien equipado y bien comunicado. Muy satisfecha con el alojamiento.

Lo único que cuando pusimos la tostadora , se cortaba la luz . Por el resto no puedo decir nada negativo.

Sofa bed was so stiff that we had to address it by laying one mattress on top

It's a good appartment in Madrid. It is located not in the city center but just a 35min trip on foot and by metro, 5-7min to the nearest metro station and 24x7 supermarket. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and equipped with all needed. Staff is really helpful and supported us during an unexpected late check in. Everything was on the top level.

The apartment is clean, cozy and has everything you need for comfort stay. The neighborhood is quiet, with metro, supermarkets and pharmacies within walking distance.
