Studio Haven in the Old Medina

The location is very close to the train station which is good for onwards journeys

The apartment is like on the photos. Very spacious, light and clean. The furniture is clean and comfortable. There are all you need at the kitchen. I didnt have any problems wit hot water. The bed was also very comfortable. And the bed linen was clean and fresh.

1. check in was with the problem. Before my trip I got the instruсtion from host which said that one persone will meet me at the concierge desk in the lobby and show me the apartment. But nobody meet me there. And host didnt send me code for the appatment's door so I couldnt come in. Unfortunately concierge had also no information about me so we spent sometime tryed to figure out what to do. The host called me later. But this situation was very uncomfortable 2. It was noisy in the bedroom because the window is not hermetically sealed

It is so nice!!!! Just like the pictures or even better.. amazing host. Everything works perfect and definitely recommend it

Super clean, smelled really good with the smell of potpourrie greeting as you enter. It seems like a new apartment. Furnishings are excellent, classy. Love that you have everything you need from kitchen appliances to cookware, utensils, china. Towels are provided for as well. Balcony has the view of the train station and the Marina. Check in was easy. Security was lovely, brought up food delivery. Abullatif, I think the owner, really cares about your experience and responds promptly to messages. Overall a super comfortable apartment. Highly recommended most especially for those who go by train. Will definitely book again the next time I'm in Casa.

Location was great right across from the train station. Doors and windows were completely soundproof. Location was also very close to old medina and other busy streets with great architecture.

Good value for money, lots of space, bright and clean.

Warm water runs out after approx. 3 to 4 minutes. That's not enough for two people and I had to rinse off my shampoo with very cold water. Please give your guests a heads up about this so at least they know about it beforehand.

Full of light and central location (NOT in the Medina but close), small but well-designed, my reduced price was fine - the rack rate would be a bit ambitious. Bed and Sofa of good quality, work desk and eating area basic and not thought through. The gym is on top of the building (a box with some machines) - looks cools but I doubt it serves its purpose.

The welcome message I received contained some inaccurate information and missed relevant details - all creating unnessary irritation. There were intense building/renovation activities in the floor above that obstructed my work hours on 2 days - and the landlords did not even reply. On my feedback they said 'they did their best' not asking for details to improve. The name "old medina" is misleading for people who do not know Casablance or expect to be in the old town (it is just 7 min walking though)
