I really liked that the apartment could be accessed with a door code. The rooms were spacious. Everything was very clean. The large balcony and the sea view were amazing. It is not far from the city center, and there was always a parking space available.

Everything was great, there was nothing I didn't like.

Apartment was great - it was very spacy and comfortable. We had enough rooms for everyone (3 adults and 2 children) and there was a big dining hall. Location was great and you're able to keep car on this small street next to apartment. Apartment has elevator which was great bonus! Greetings to lovely host Cristina!

Location is great if you are looking for a more quiet location not directly in the city of Genoa (though very close to train/bus line). Plenty of free parking on a safe street outside of the apartment. Apartment is large with balconies that overlook the sea. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. Property owner/manager was very helpful and responsive.

This property uses Vikey which requires you to input your information prior to checking-in. I am not a fan of sending a picture of my passport, but was required to do so. When we arrived, the link Vikey provided did not work. I contacted the property and was immediately helped and was sent a new link. I feel this was the problem of Vikey, not the owner.

Big, bright apartment with a big balcony. The sea can be seen a little bit from the balcony. Clean and with a good equiped kitchen. Parking on the street in front of the house.

We would have liked to have also the possibility to open the door by code. Opening only via mobile phone makes you dependent on the phone, its battery and internet...

Luxurious, fully furnished and equipped apartment. The windows are full of light from morning to evening, there are blinds everywhere. Spacious balcony that lacks an awning in summer. I was especially pleased with the complete set of instructions for household appliances - you don’t need to look for anything on the Internet. There are no problems with parking, at least in the spring.

Perhaps this is not even a disadvantage. I usually prefer to find out information about the surroundings, good restaurants and best swimming spots in person from the owner. Here, due to self-registration online and check-in, this opportunity was not available.
