"Great rooms but service and food is lacking for the price"

We asked in advance to be put in a quiet room which they acknowledged. However when we arrived they had put us in the room next to the reception, lift and maid room which was the noisest room in the whole hotel Also both rooms weren't ready for check in time which was very frustrating as we were unable to change into cooler clothing The food is average. We ordered the Friday bbq which is nothing like a bbq and was the worst food of the holiday Also bear in mind these are suites, not a hotel. There is limited staff and you can be waiting a while to order drinks at the pool bar There is no water available in the gym which is ridiculous The rooms however are amazing, with great views over the sea but unfortunately our stay was mixed due to it being very noisy

Great space with beautiful interiors. Completely private and quite. Beautiful windows with views of the pool. Large modern showers and clean bathrooms. Everything was excellent including the helpful staff. Amazing location with easy access to the rest of the island.

I wouldn’t change anything.

"A relaxing and luxurious 8 nights"

We spotted this hotel in Dec “23 while staying up the coast at the Secrets Resort. I have to say I’m glad we spotted it in our walks into the marina as it’s an absolute gem of a hotel. If you’re looking for a tranquil break, in a perfect spot with class accommodation then this hotel is for you. Everything from the stunning suites with superb sea views to the amazing breakfasts made this a great break.

"Relaxing and a great way to start the year"

Location, facilities, staff, weather was superb 6th January to 13th, size of rooms, bespoke feel of the property, sun beds and guests.

For some reason the window in room 308 is shattered .. apparently dispute with installation team that has not been resolved .. very odd
